We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows:
- Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
- Within 48 HOURS following the end of auction, a $500.00 deposit shall be received in the form of PayPal , cashiers-check or certified funds. (Please note that PayPal deposits are Preferred)
Pay your Deposit securely with any major credit card through PayPal!
- If a deposit is not received or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come-first serve basis.
- All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. If transaction is not completed within this time the buyer risks losing his or her deposit.
- We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle before the auction ends. (Buyer will pay for inspection charges and fees).
- Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions (seller will not accept cash). PayPal is only accepted for deposits. Ferman Wholesale will not accept PayPal for full payment.
- Buyers outside of Florida pay for applicable taxes, registration and tag, if reciprocal state; if not reciprocal state, buyer must transport vehicle to avoid double taxation. Florida buyers pay all applicable state and county taxes, registration and tag.
Any non-taxed deals that are out of state and to non-wholesalers, are subject to the following:
1. Vehicle Must be trucked out of state.
2. Trucking invoice must be made to our dealership
3. Trucking cost must be included and shown in the sales transaction
4. Trucking bill needs to be paid by our dealership to the trucking company

Under no circumstances will BID RETRACTIONS be allowed 24 hours before the auction ends

- Ferman Wholesale can not Guarantee any audio or video systems. This includes CD Players, Cassette Players, Speakers, Amplifiers, AM/FM Stereos, Video/TV Systems, VCR's or DVD Players.
- We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
- A $299.95 Pre-Delivery service fee applies. (Includes a full Professional Detail). Note: Our normal Pre-Delivery service fee $599.95 will be charged on your Buyer's order, and $300.00 will be deducted from the amount of the winning bid to cover this difference.
- Buy With Confidence. Ferman Wholesale Guarantee: This Vehicle will be Exactly as Described. At time of delivery or on the day you receive your vehicle if you don't agree, Ferman Wholesale will void the sale. All funds received and verified expenses up to $1000.00 will be refunded.
